You spend a day out visiting your wine-producing neighbors and sampling their latest bottlings, before returning to your idyllic country residence for a traditional lunch with family and friends – of course with lots of your very own wine!

Historic wineries in the region that for some time had been in disrepair, even abandoned, have been beautifully restored, respecting their historic character, and now produce world-class modern wines.
The 9th generation winemaking family's country residence still maintains its glory. Maybe at some places the 100-year old eclectic wallpaper comes off, but that only adds to its charm. The traditional Asado lunch has been pepped up with some gourmet elements, and you share it with a member of the family and of course with your Ampora guide and fellow wine loving travelers.

We are the only wine tour company in Mendoza offering this unique tour, where you breathe history and Argentine culture, and enjoy an authentic Argentine Asado lunch (outdoors if weather permits) while sampling excellent wines of three special wineries in Luján de Cuyo and Maipú.
Tour price: US$ 165 per person, including all winery visits and wine tastings, asado lunch, transport and all-English guiding by one of our great wine hosts. Group size: 2-8 people.
