Imagine being invited into the home of an Argentine friend who, as luck would have it, is a chef. You get to take part in the cooking, learn many new things during the process, and, after having dinner together you leave with a new recipe or two to try back home.
That's pretty much the idea: Hands-on cooking with our chef Laura Pinna, who has worked for and with Argentine celebrity chef Francis Mallman for a long time. Together we prepare some creative Argentine cuisine which is then enjoyed for dinner. Of course the whole experience is accompanied by specially selected wines.
Cooking classes take place weekdays from 5-9pm.

Wine Lounge
Relax on the super comfy couch in our new Wine Lounge - listening to music, enjoying the Mendocinian art on the walls or chatting with our host while tasting some boutique wines. The ideal place to start the evening on your arrival day in Mendoza, before dinner, or to wind down after a wine tour (we have an Espresso machine if you need a kick of caffeine to get you going again!).
