2. Custom cancellation policy:
any specific cancellation terms provided during the booking process, for example for agencies,custom single-day or multi-day itineraries will override the standard policy listed above.

3. Logistics and Attendance:
No-shows and late arrivals: full charges apply. We do not issue partial refunds or offer rescheduling for missed start times.
Pickup tolerance: for semi-private tours, the maximum waiting time at hotels is 10 minutes past the confirmed pickup time to ensure the schedule for other guests.
Changes and modifications: requests to change dates, times or group sizes require at least 7 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate these requests subject to availability.

4. Unforeseen circumstances:
Illness, medical emergencies, and flight changes and cancellations: standard cancellation policies apply. Please rely on your travel insurance for coverage in these instances.
Weather and force majeure: tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme safety concerns (e.g. severe Zonda winds in Mendoza, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier issues), we will notify you immediately to offer same-day itinerary alternatives, rescheduling, or a full refund.
Guest-initiated force majeure: if a guest cancels due to these events, a refund will be issued minus transaction fees and any non-recoverable costs incurred from our providers.

5. Tour rules and Guest responsibilities:
Conduct: guests are expected to follow all guide instructions and drink responsibly. Personal alcohol consumption is responsibility of the guest.
Liability: Ampora Wine Tours is not liable for personal injuries, property damage or loses during the tour.
Damages: cleaning or repair fees will be charged for any vehicles or venues left in poor condition or damaged by a guest.
Right of refusal: we reserve the right to cancel a current or future booking without refund in cases of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
